JAKARTA – Pelaksanaan Uji Kelayakan dan Kepatutan (UKK) bakal calon legislatif (bacaleg) DPR RI yang dilakukan Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) memasuki hari terakhir, Jumat (3/3/223). Di hari pamungkas UKK untuk tingkat bacaleg DPR RI ini, jumlah peserta yang diuji mencapai lebih dari 90 bacaleg. Hingga saat ini total daftar sementara bacaleg DPR RI dari PKB ada sebanyak 531 orang, bacaleg DPRD Provinsi 2.177 orang, dan bacaleg DPRD Kabupaten/Kota sebanyak 15.419 orang.
Menariknya, selain penguji dari internal, DPP PKB juga melibatkan sejumlah tokoh ternama sebagai penguji eksternal dari berbagai latar belakang profesi. Nama-nama beken yang terlibat sebagai penguji eksternal di hari terakhir UKK antara lain Prof AS Hikam, dosen di Jurusan Hubungan Internasional President University. Diketahui, AS Hikam dulu pada masa-masa awal berdirinya PKB juga termasuk salah satu tokoh sentral yang ikut membesarkan PKB bersama sejumlah tokoh lain seperti KH Abdurahman Wahid (Gus Dur). Bahkan, di era Kabinet Persatuan Nasional era pemerintahan Gus Dur, AS Hikam bahkan dipercaya sebagai Menteri Negara Riset dan Teknologi (Menristek).
Selain AS Hikam, ada sejumlah nama lainnya antara lain Ketua Umum Ikatan Keluarga Alumni Pergerakan Mahasiswa Islam Indonesia (IKA PMII) yang juga mantan Wakil Ketua DPD RI dan mantan anggota DPR RI dari Fraksi PPP Akhmad Muqowam, Koordinator PKPNU KH. Munim DZ, Direktur Eksekutif Perludem Titi Anggraeni, Staf Khusus Wakil Presiden Robikin Emhas, Direktur Padasuka TV Yusuf Mars, Direktur RMOL.id Teguh Santosa, dan Ketua AIPI Dr. Alfitra Salam. Pada UKK di hari-hari sebelumnya juga ada Dekan Fisip Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia Philips J Vermonte, Dekan Fisip Universitas Padjajaran Dr Widya S Budi, dan Staf Khusus Wapres KH Imam Aziz.
AS Hikam sebagai salah satu tim penguji eksternal bacaleg DPR RI PKB berharap caleg yang diseleksi memang memiliki kualitas tinggi sehingga apa yang menjadi cita-cita PKB dan terget bangsa bisa tercapai. ”Sebab demokrasi kita semakin hari semakin mendapatkan tantangan. PKB di bawah pimpinan Gus AMI insyaallah akan menjadi salah satu bagian untuk memperjuangkan dan mempertahankan serta mengembangkan sistem demokrasi konstitusional yang menjadi cita-cita para pendiri pertai ini,” katanya.
Sementara Robikin Emhas mengaku sangat senang bisa menjadi bagian dari tim penguji eksternal bacaleg DPR RI dari PKB. ”Saya sangat mengapresiasi mekanisme yang dipilih oleh PKB guna menentukan caleg-caleg ini menjadi tradisi baru dari pola rekrutmen bacaleg. Harapannya tentu PKB mendapatkan caleg-caleg yang proper, berintegritas dan punya basis akar rumput yang kuat serta menjadi aspirator bagi masyarakat di dapilnya masing-masing,” kata Staf Khusus Wakil Presiden yang juga Ketua PBNU ini.
Wakil Ketua Umum Bidang Pemenangan Pemilu yang juga Ketua Lembaga Pemenangan Pemilu DPP PKB Jazilul Fawaid mengatakan, pihaknya sengaja melibatkan penguji eksternal sehingga caleg yang terjaring benar-benar caleg yang memiliki kapasistas mumpuni, juga memiliki integritas tinggi sebagai calon wakil rakyat.
”Jadi selain penguji internal, kami juga melibatkan penguji eksternal dari berbagai latar belakang profesi. Ada akademisi, jurnalis, politikus senior, staf khusus wapres dan juga berbagai background profesi lainnya. Kami ingin hasil dari UKK ini benar-benar menghasilkan balaceg yang terbaik dan punya integritas tinggi untuk kepentingan bangsa,” ujar Jazilul Fawaid.
Wakil Ketua MPR RI ini mengatakan bahwa UKK ini tidak hanya dilakukan untuk bacaleg DPR RI, namun juga bacaleg DPR kabupaten/kota dan provinsi. Pelibatan pihak eksternal ini juga sebagai bentuk keterbukaan yang dilakukan DPP PKB dalam proses penjaringan bacaleg.
Dikatakan Gus Jazil, dengan tingginya antusiasi bacaleg PKB ini, pihaknya sangat optimistis bisa meraih target yang sudah ditetapkan pada Pemilu 2024 mendatang yakni meraih 100 kursi DPR RI dan menempatkan PKB di posisi minimal dua besar atau keluar dari jebakan partai menengah.
